Shipping policy

  • We ship our products approximately 1-2 business days after purchasing. We ship and processed items from Mondays – Fridays. Please be aware that if you order on Friday, your item will be sent on Monday. We only post with Australia Post/Courier Please/Aramex for all orders. If you have not received your item within 14 business days then please contact us with email message and we will try to get back in touch.
  • Shipping charges will be quoted and applied at the checkout before your order is finalised. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation.
  • We will do our best to deliver your items to your nominated delivery address within the time specified when placing the order.
  • “Ships In” on our product pages provides an indicative time that the product will be despatched from our warehouse. This doesn't including freight times as this depends on where you're based in Australia/ NZ. “Today” means your product will be shipped today if ordered before 11am. If you order a selection of products from our store, your order will be shipped within the longest “Ships In” timeframe.
  • Items will be shipped to the address supplied by you. If this address is incorrect, Canton Auto Parts will not refund you for the items.
  • You can select ‘authority to leave’ the order if no one will be at home when it is delivered. Selecting this option also allows us to use a fast courier service.
  • Please be careful inputting your delivery address. For your security reasons, we cannot change the address your order is being sent to or redirect your order once the order has left our warehouse.
  • The estimated delivery date depends on the delivery location and is calculated from when you receive the email confirmation, not from when the order was placed.
  • Most orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours, but if your order cannot be dispatched within 3 business days due to an unforeseen stock issue or an issue with despatch, we will contact you and offer the opportunity to cancel or modify the order. If the order is not cancelled, it will be dispatched as soon as possible.
  • Canton Auto Parts reserves the right not to accept an order or, having accepted an order, to cancel the order if it cannot supply the goods in the order.
  • For multiple item orders, Canton Auto Parts will ship the orders when all items are available for dispatch unless otherwise agreed with you.
  • Risk associated with the purchased items passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods to your nominated delivery address. Anyone at your nominated delivery address shall be presumed by Canton Auto Parts to be authorised to receive the goods.
