RETURN POLICY
If there are goods / parts which you would like to return, Canton Auto Parts should be notified within 48 hours of invoicing by email.
Before parts can be returned to Canton Auto Parts, all returns must be authorised by Canton Auto Parts staff.
Original or copy of invoice must be provided with all returns.
Returned goods will only be accepted by Canton Auto Parts if they are in their original packaging and undamaged.
Items that are returnable for change of mind are noted as such in the description below the item. If an item is non-returnable it is also noted in the description. As long as the item is in original packaging in new, unused condition, the item can be returned to us within 30 days of original purchase. It is up to customer to pay return shipping and item will be refunded minus our cost of original shipping and a %15 Re-stocking fee. Please let us know before hand why you are returning the item and contact us via email or phone so we can assist you with your return to avoid any confusion.
No goods / parts will be accepted for return after 30 days of invoice date.
Only goods supplied by Canton Auto Parts can be returned to Canton Auto Parts.
Goods / parts which are specially ordered (include interstate orders) are non-returnable.
Refunds
All accepted refunds request may take up to 5 business day to be fully processed.
