Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Authorization
To initiate a return, customers must notify Canton Auto Parts via email within 48 hours of receiving the invoice. All returns require prior authorization from our staff before being processed.
2. Return Conditions

The original or a copy of the invoice must accompany all returned items.

Goods will only be accepted if they are in original, undamaged packaging and in new, unused condition.

Items marked as "non-returnable" in the product description are exempt from returns.
3. Change of Mind Returns

Eligible items (as indicated in the product description) may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

A 15% restocking fee will apply, and the refund will exclude the original shipping cost (Also apply for the free shipping items).

Prior communication via email is required to facilitate a smooth return process.
4. Non-Returnable Items

Specially ordered goods (including interstate orders) cannot be returned.

Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the invoice date.

Only goods originally supplied by Canton Auto Parts are eligible for return.
5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds may take up to 5 business days to process.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
