Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Authorization

To initiate a return, customers must notify Canton Auto Parts via email within 48 hours of receiving the invoice. All returns require prior authorization from our staff before being processed.

2. Return Conditions

  • The original or a copy of the invoice must accompany all returned items.

  • Goods will only be accepted if they are in original, undamaged packaging and in new, unused condition.

  • Items marked as "non-returnable" in the product description are exempt from returns.

3. Change of Mind Returns

  • Eligible items (as indicated in the product description) may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • A 15% restocking fee will apply, and the refund will exclude the original shipping cost (Also apply for the free shipping items).

  • Prior communication via email  is required to facilitate a smooth return process.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Specially ordered goods (including interstate orders) cannot be returned.

  • Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the invoice date.

  • Only goods originally supplied by Canton Auto Parts are eligible for return.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds may take up to 5 business days to process.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
